The programme consists of continuous 30 minute sessions, with 16 stations, primarily consisting of high quality cable machines, plus stretching and flexing.

The cable machines are the ideal way to exercise, providing a more natural movement that uses more muscle groups and which is adjustable to varying levels of strength and which also help correct muscle imbalances.

There is no need to pre-book – just drop by at a time convenient to you and pick up on the next session. If you are finding any aspect difficult, you can take a break and chat to your trainer about how to adapt – it’s all completely flexible, geared to suit you and your lifestyle and ambitions.

Although it is  flexible and fun, it is also very effective and typically 3 sessions a week will have you in great shape in next to no time.
