Kate Foster
A background in education and in coaching sports has provided the ideal foundation for my personal trainer career.
I have competed at varying levels in the following sports: tennis, hockey, netball, basketball, badminton, riding, polo, skiing, and snowboarding.
I really enjoy motivating people and helping them achieve their goals – and I believe that personal training should be fun, not daunting!

Shelley Beer
I have always loved being active and started at a young age – dance classes at just 3 years old! I followed this by becoming a national trampolinist at 12.
I graduated from University of Winchester with a degree in sports studies and have used my experience and qualifications to pursue my career as a personal trainer.
I want to pass on my passion to others of all fitness levels and help them achieve goals which can often be difficult to do without support and encouragement. I want to make getting fitter and healthier fun and not a chore.
